Ginger, Bourbon and Honey Popsicles
Ingredients
- 1/2 ounce Evan Williams Bourbon
- 1 ounce Sweet Tea
- Wooden Sticks — As needed
Ginger Honey Syrup
- 1/2 cup Honey
- 2 tablespoons SupHerb Farms Fresh Frozen Ginger Purée

Preparation
- Combine honey and SupHerb Farms Fresh Frozen Ginger Purée in a bowl, mix well.
- Pour ½ ounce of Evan Williams bourbon into each Popsicle mold.
- Pour ½ ounce of the Ginger Honey Syrup into the mold.
- Pour 1 oz sweet tea into mold.
- Cover and insert wooden sticks.
- Freeze for 4-5 hours or overnight.
