Ingredients

  • 1/2 ounce Evan Williams Bourbon
  • 1 ounce Sweet Tea
  • Wooden Sticks — As needed
Ginger Honey Syrup
  • 1/2 cup Honey
  • 2 tablespoons SupHerb Farms Fresh Frozen Ginger Purée

Preparation

  1. Combine honey and SupHerb Farms Fresh Frozen Ginger Purée in a bowl, mix well.
  2. Pour ½ ounce of Evan Williams bourbon into each Popsicle mold.
  3. Pour ½ ounce of the Ginger Honey Syrup into the mold.
  4. Pour 1 oz sweet tea into mold.
  5. Cover and insert wooden sticks.
  6. Freeze for 4-5 hours or overnight.
