Ingredients

  • 1 can Black beans — drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup Corn — cooked
  • 1 cup SupHerb Farms Fusions® Tabbouleh Starter
  • 1/2 cup Olive oil — divided
  • 3 tablespoons Lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon each Salt and pepper
  • 36 Shrimp (16/20 count) — peeled, deveined, and tails removed
  • 12 corn Tortillas
  • 1/2 cup Feta cheese — crumbled
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro — chopped
  • 6 Lime wedges

  1. Toss together black beans, corn, avocado, SupHerb Farms Fusions® Tabbouleh Starter, 1/4 cup olive oil, lime juice, salt and pepper.
  2. Toss shrimp with remaining oil. Grill over medium-high heat, turning once, for 3 to 4 minutes or until cooked through.
  3. Warm tortillas according to package directions.

Assemble shrimp, black bean mixture, feta and cilantro in tacos; serve with lime wedges.
