Shrimp Tabbouleh Tacos

Ingredients
- 1 can Black beans — drained and rinsed
- 1 cup Corn — cooked
- 1 cup SupHerb Farms Fusions® Tabbouleh Starter
- 1/2 cup Olive oil — divided
- 3 tablespoons Lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon each Salt and pepper
- 36 Shrimp (16/20 count) — peeled, deveined, and tails removed
- 12 corn Tortillas
- 1/2 cup Feta cheese — crumbled
- 1/4 cup Cilantro — chopped
- 6 Lime wedges

Preparation
- Toss together black beans, corn, avocado, SupHerb Farms Fusions® Tabbouleh Starter, 1/4 cup olive oil, lime juice, salt and pepper.
- Toss shrimp with remaining oil. Grill over medium-high heat, turning once, for 3 to 4 minutes or until cooked through.
- Warm tortillas according to package directions.
Assemble shrimp, black bean mixture, feta and cilantro in tacos; serve with lime wedges.
