Spicy and Skinny Breakfast Flatbread

Ingredients
- 1 cup Egg whites
- 2 tablespoons SupHerb Farms Fusions® Sun-Dried Tomato Chipotle
- 2 tablespoons Turkey sausage patty — fully cooked and crumbled
- 1/4 cup Monterey jack cheese — shredded
- 1 each Flatbread

Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Add egg whites and SupHerb Farms Fusions® Sun-Dried Tomato Chipotle to a small mixing bowl and blend.
- Heat a nonstick skillet on medium-high. Add egg mixture and cook.
- Remove the skillet from the heat and place the egg on top of the flatbread.
- Top with sausage and cheese.
- Place flatbread on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 7 minutes, until cheese is melted.
Slice flatbread in quarters and serve immediately.
