Ingredients

  • 1 cup Egg whites
  • 2 tablespoons SupHerb Farms Fusions® Sun-Dried Tomato Chipotle
  • 2 tablespoons Turkey sausage patty — fully cooked and crumbled
  • 1/4 cup Monterey jack cheese — shredded
  • 1 each Flatbread

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Add egg whites and SupHerb Farms Fusions® Sun-Dried Tomato Chipotle to a small mixing bowl and blend.
  3. Heat a nonstick skillet on medium-high. Add egg mixture and cook.
  4. Remove the skillet from the heat and place the egg on top of the flatbread.
  5. Top with sausage and cheese.
  6. Place flatbread on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 7 minutes, until cheese is melted.

Slice flatbread in quarters and serve immediately.
