Ingredients

  • 1 pound Farfalle pasta
  • 2 cups SupHerb Farms Fusions® Tabbouleh Starter
  • 1/2 cup Olive oil
  • 1/4 cup Red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
  • 8 ounces Mini bocconcini cheese
  • 2 cups Chopped jarred artichokes, packed in water — drained
  • 1/3 cup Sun-dried tomatoes — chopped
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese — grated

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain well.
  2. Toss together pasta, SupHerb Farms Fusions® Tabbouleh Starter, olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.
  3. Stir in bocconcini cheese, artichokes and sun-dried tomatoes.
  4. Serve pasta with grated parmesan cheese.
