Tabbouleh Pasta Salad

Ingredients
- 1 pound Farfalle pasta
- 2 cups SupHerb Farms Fusions® Tabbouleh Starter
- 1/2 cup Olive oil
- 1/4 cup Red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
- 8 ounces Mini bocconcini cheese
- 2 cups Chopped jarred artichokes, packed in water — drained
- 1/3 cup Sun-dried tomatoes — chopped
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese — grated

Preparation
- Cook pasta according to package directions; drain well.
- Toss together pasta, SupHerb Farms Fusions® Tabbouleh Starter, olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.
- Stir in bocconcini cheese, artichokes and sun-dried tomatoes.
- Serve pasta with grated parmesan cheese.
