Thai Ginger Lemon Grass Simple Syrup

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Water
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 2 tablespoons SupHerb Farms Fresh Frozen Ginger Purée
- 2 tablespoons SupHerb Farms Fresh Frozen Lemon Grass
- 2 tablespoons SupHerb Farms Fresh Frozen Spearmint

Preparation
- Place all ingredients in a pot over medium heat. Stir until the sugar melts.
- Remove from heat, cover and steep for 30 minutes
- Strain to remove leaves then refrigerate for 1 hour.
