Fettucine Ingredients
  • 4 ounces Fettucine
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 3 ounces Chicken breast — boneless/skinless, chopped
  • 1 1/8 cups Heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon SupHerb Farms Fusions® Rosemary Garlic Sage
  • to taste Salt and pepper
Topping Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon SupHerb Farms Fresh Frozen Parsley
  • 2 tablespoons SupHerb Farms Fresh Frozen Tomato Roasted Diced with Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese — grated

Preparation

  1. Boil pasta in 2 quarts of water. Drain cooked pasta, sprinkle with olive oil and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a sauté pan. Add chicken, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2 minutes or until cooked.
  3. Add cream. Bring to a boil and stir in SupHerb Farms Fusions® Rosemary Garlic Sage. Reduce heat and simmer for 2 minutes or until sauce thickens.
  4. Add noodles and toss ingredients together.
  5. Top with SupHerb Farms Fresh Frozen Parsley and Tomato, and parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
