Tabbouleh Salad
Ingredients
- 1 cup Bulgur Wheat
- 1 cup Water
- 8 ounces SupHerb Farms Fusions® Tabbouleh Starter
- 3 tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 3 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt

Preparation
- Set water in pot with bulgur wheat and bring to a boil.
- Drain the bulgur wheat well and remove any excess water.
- In a large bowl add the prepared bulgur wheat and mix in SupHerb Farms Fusions® Tabbouleh Starter, salt, lemon juice and olive oil.
- Toss all ingredients together and chill for about 30 minutes.
