Bruschetta Butter

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter — room temperature
  • 4 tablespoons SupHerb Farms Fusions® Basil Sorrel
  • 1/2 cup SupHerb Farms Fusions® Bruschetta Blend
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • to taste salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. Cream butter in food processor.
  2. Add SupHerb Farms Fusions® Basil Sorrel, Bruschetta Blend, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Blend well.
  3. Place bruschetta butter on parchment paper and roll the mixture out on a jelly roll pan.
  4. Chill 45 minutes.
  5. Cut into 28 pieces.
  6. Use immediately or freeze for later use.

Serve on top of grilled meat, fish, or poultry.
