Parsley Butter

Ingredients
- 1 cup Unsalted butter — room temperature
- 6 tablespoons SupHerb Farms Fresh Frozen Garlic Minced
- 4 tablespoons SupHerb Farms Fresh Frozen Parsley
- 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
- to taste Salt and pepper

Preparation
- Cream the butter in a food processor.
- Add SupHerb Farms Fresh Frozen Garlic, Parsley, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Blend well.
- Chill for 30 minutes.
- Place the butter on parchment paper and roll out in a jellyroll pan. Roll jellyroll style.
- Chill for 15 more minutes.
- Slice the butter into round pats of butter.
Serve on top of grilled meats or fish.
