Asian Chicken Meatloaf

Glaze Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Hoisin sauce
- 1/4 cup Teriyaki sauce
Meatloaf Ingredients
- 1 pound Ground chicken
- 2 Large eggs — lightly beaten
- 1 1/2 cups Panko bread crumbs
- 3/4 cup SupHerb Farms Fusions® Asian Mirepoix Blend
- 2 tablespoons SupHerb Farms Fusions® Ginger Cilantro Sesame
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce

Preparation
Glaze Preparation
- Place glaze ingredients in mixing bowl, blend well and set aside.
Meatloaf Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Add all meatloaf ingredients to a large mixing bowl, blend well and place into a loaf pan, and pour glaze over the top of the meatloaf.
- Bake for 55 minutes and allow to cool for 5 minutes then serve.
