Asian Chicken Meatloaf

Glaze Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup Hoisin sauce
  • 1/4 cup Teriyaki sauce
Meatloaf Ingredients
  • 1 pound Ground chicken
  • 2 Large eggs — lightly beaten
  • 1 1/2 cups Panko bread crumbs
  • 3/4 cup SupHerb Farms Fusions® Asian Mirepoix Blend
  • 2 tablespoons SupHerb Farms Fusions® Ginger Cilantro Sesame
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce



Glaze Preparation
  1. Place glaze ingredients in mixing bowl, blend well and set aside.
Meatloaf Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Add all meatloaf ingredients to a large mixing bowl, blend well and place into a loaf pan, and pour glaze over the top of the meatloaf.
  3. Bake for 55 minutes and allow to cool for 5 minutes then serve.
