Avocado Salsa

Ingredients

  • 3 large Avocados — mashed
  • 2 Tomatillos — charred
  • 2 Serrano chilies — charred
  • 2 ounces SupHerb Farms Salsa Blend
  • 1/2 teaspoon Agave
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • Queso fresco — for garnish

Preparation

  1. Purée charred tomatillos and chilies in a food processor.
  2. Add SupHerb Farms Salsa Blend and agave, pulse a few times until mixed through.
  3. Add salsa purée to fork mashed avocado, season with salt and pepper and garnish with crumbled queso fresco.
