Avocado Salsa
Ingredients
- 3 large Avocados — mashed
- 2 Tomatillos — charred
- 2 Serrano chilies — charred
- 2 ounces SupHerb Farms Salsa Blend
- 1/2 teaspoon Agave
- to taste Salt and pepper
- Queso fresco — for garnish

Preparation
- Purée charred tomatillos and chilies in a food processor.
- Add SupHerb Farms Salsa Blend and agave, pulse a few times until mixed through.
- Add salsa purée to fork mashed avocado, season with salt and pepper and garnish with crumbled queso fresco.
