Bruschetta Butter

Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter — room temperature
- 4 tablespoons SupHerb Farms Fusions® Basil Sorrel
- 1/2 cup SupHerb Farms Fusions® Bruschetta Blend
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- to taste salt and pepper

Preparation
- Cream butter in food processor.
- Add SupHerb Farms Fusions® Basil Sorrel, Bruschetta Blend, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Blend well.
- Place bruschetta butter on parchment paper and roll the mixture out on a jelly roll pan.
- Chill 45 minutes.
- Cut into 28 pieces.
- Use immediately or freeze for later use.
Serve on top of grilled meat, fish, or poultry.
