Filipino Adobo Chicken, Sticky Coconut Rice with Banana Leaves

Ingredients
- 60 ounces Roasted Chicken — shredded
- 10 ounces SupHerb Farms Fusions® Filipino Adobo
- 5 cups Sushi Rice
- 3 cups Water
- 2 cups Coconut Milk
- 1/2 teaspoon Kosher Salt
- 30 Banana Leaves — cleaned and cut into 6″ squares

Preparation
- Preheat grill on high.
- Place shredded chicken in bowl and toss well with SupHerb Farms Fusions® Filipino Adobo to coat well.
- Place sushi rice, water, and coconut milk and kosher salt in rice cooker.
- Stir ingredients to mix and close lid and press tab down to cook.
- Remove from rice cooker and place in pan and allow to cool.
- Place 2 oz of rice in the middle of each banana leaf.
- Place 1 ½ oz of chicken on top of rice and wrap banana leaf to enclose everything.
- Place banana leaf packages over grill and char each side for one-minute.
- Allow to cool slightly before opening and eating.
