Hibiscus Rosé Spritzer

- 1 cup Granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup SupHerb Farms Fusions® Herbs de Provence
- 2 tablespoons Hibiscus flowers — dried
- 10 tablespoons Sparkling rosé wine — chilled
- 3 small Edible flowers

Preparation
- Combine 1 cup water, sugar, SupHerb Farms Fusions® Herbs de Provence and hibiscus in saucepan; bring to boil, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Cover and remove from heat; let cool completely. Strain through three layers of cheesecloth. (Simple syrup can be refrigerated for up to 1 month).
- Pour 1 tablespoon simple syrup into champagne flute. Pour in sparkling rosé.
- Garnish with edible flowers and serve immediately.
