Lamb Chops with Moroccan Harissa Yogurt Sauce

Ingredients
- 4 Lamb Chops — frenched
- 1 cup Greek Yogurt — plain
- 2 tablespoons SupHerb Farms Fusions® Moroccan Harissa
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Lemon Juice — freshly squeezed
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Zest
- to taste Salt and Freshly Ground Pepper

Preparation
- In a small bowl, combine yogurt, SupHerb Farms Fusions® Moroccan Harissa and lemon juice. Season with salt, pepper and lemon zest; set aside.
- Season lamb chops with salt and pepper and grill over high heat, turning once, about 4 minutes for medium-rare.
- Serve lamb chops with yogurt sauce.
