  • 1 pound Sea bass — cleaned and scaled

  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
  2. Combine mayonnaise, SupHerb Farms Fusions® Kale Pesto and lemon juice in a bowl.
  3. Place fish in a shallow glass or ceramic baking dish.
  4. Spread mixture on fish.
  5. Bake fish uncovered for 20 minutes or until the thickest part of the fish flakes easily.
  6. Drizzle remaining juices from pan over fish and garnish with lemon wedges.
