Rosemary Citrus Vinaigrette
Ingredients
- 4 cups Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 cups Rice Vinegar
- 1/2 cup Honey
- 1/2 cup SupHerb Farms Fusions® Citrus Garlic Herb (Mojo)
- 1/2 cup SupHerb Farms Fresh Frozen Shallot
- 4 tablespoons SupHerb Farms Fresh Frozen Rosemary
- Salt and Pepper — To taste

Preparation
- Combine all ingredients in a blender & puree until smooth.
- Let stand 10 minutes, season with salt and pepper if necessary.
- Stir again to combine before dressing salad.
Serve over your favorite greens or roasted vegetables.
