S’chug Spiced Poké Bowl with Pita Chips

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons SupHerb Farms Fusions® S’chug
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon White wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Mirin
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh ginger — minced
  • 2 teaspoons Toasted sesame oil
  • 1 pound Sushi-grade tuna — diced into 1/4″ cubes
  • 2 Scallions — thinly sliced
  • 1 large Avocado — diced
  • 1 tablespoon Toasted black and white sesame seeds

  1. Whisk soy sauce, SupHerb Farms Fusions® S’chug, lemon juice, vinegar, mirin, ginger and sesame oil.
  2. Add tuna and half of the scallions; cover and refrigerate at least 2 or up to 4 hours.
  3. Gently stir in avocado and half of the sesame seeds.
  4. Sprinkle with remaining scallions and sesame seeds.

Serve with homemade pita chips or crispy fried wonton wrappers.
