S’chug Spiced Poké Bowl with Pita Chips

Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons SupHerb Farms Fusions® S’chug
- 1 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon White wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Mirin
- 1 tablespoon Fresh ginger — minced
- 2 teaspoons Toasted sesame oil
- 1 pound Sushi-grade tuna — diced into 1/4″ cubes
- 2 Scallions — thinly sliced
- 1 large Avocado — diced
- 1 tablespoon Toasted black and white sesame seeds

Preparation
- Whisk soy sauce, SupHerb Farms Fusions® S’chug, lemon juice, vinegar, mirin, ginger and sesame oil.
- Add tuna and half of the scallions; cover and refrigerate at least 2 or up to 4 hours.
- Gently stir in avocado and half of the sesame seeds.
- Sprinkle with remaining scallions and sesame seeds.
Serve with homemade pita chips or crispy fried wonton wrappers.
