Ingredients

  • 1 cup Unsalted butter — room temperature
  • 4 tablespoons SupHerb Farms Fresh Frozen Jalapeno
  • 1/2 cup SupHerb Farms Fusions® Salsa Blend
  • 2 tablespoons Red chili powder
  • 2 tablespoons Lime juice
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. Cream butter in food processor.
  2. Add SupHerb Farms Fresh Frozen Jalapeno, Fusions® Salsa Blend, chili powder, lime juice, salt and pepper. Blend well.
  3. Place Southwestern Butter on parchment paper and roll the mixture out on a jelly roll pan.
  4. Chill for 45 minutes then cut into 28 pieces.
  5. Use immediately or freeze for later use.

Serve on top of grilled meat, fish and poultry.
