Southwestern Butter

Ingredients
- 1 cup Unsalted butter — room temperature
- 4 tablespoons SupHerb Farms Fresh Frozen Jalapeno
- 1/2 cup SupHerb Farms Fusions® Salsa Blend
- 2 tablespoons Red chili powder
- 2 tablespoons Lime juice
- to taste Salt and pepper

Preparation
- Cream butter in food processor.
- Add SupHerb Farms Fresh Frozen Jalapeno, Fusions® Salsa Blend, chili powder, lime juice, salt and pepper. Blend well.
- Place Southwestern Butter on parchment paper and roll the mixture out on a jelly roll pan.
- Chill for 45 minutes then cut into 28 pieces.
- Use immediately or freeze for later use.
Serve on top of grilled meat, fish and poultry.
