Speed-Scratch Guacamole
Ingredients
- 2.23 lb tray Calavo Growers Chunky Avocado Pulp
- 8 ounces SupHerb Farms Fusions® Salsa Blend or Poblano Salsa Blend
- 1 Lime
- 1/2 tsp Salt

Preparation
- Place Calavo Growers Chunky Avocado Pulp and SupHerb Farms Fusions® Salsa Blend into bowl.
- Add lime juice and salt and mix well.
- Place in ½ or ¼ pan and cover with plastic wrap.
- Allow Guacamole to rest for 30 minutes (this will allow all the herbs to thaw and develop flavor).
Tips
Keep covered in refrigerator for up to 4 days.
