Thin sliced flank steak is marinated in Sambal and then seared and served over golden brown and delicious French fries and topped with IQF Green Onion, toasted  sesame seed, cilantro, IQF Red Bell Pepper Strips, and a house mayo made with mayo, Sambal, and Ginger Puree for a hearty loaded fry option for a global appetizer or main entrée. This concept utilizes Sambal as a marinade  as well as main ingredient in a signature mayo!
