Sun-Dried Tomato Basil Caesar Dressing

Ingredients
- 2 Egg yolks
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
- 3 tablespoons SupHerb Farms Fusions® Sun-Dried Tomato Basil
- 2 dashes Hot sauce
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup Lemon juice — freshly squeezed
- 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 cup Olive oil

Preparation
- Whip egg yolks with salt and pepper until just combined.
- Add egg yolk mixture and all remaining dressing ingredients, except olive oil, to a food processor.
- Drizzle olive oil into the food processor while blending, just enough to emulsify.
