Sun-Dried Tomato Basil Caesar Dressing

  • 2 Egg yolks
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
  • 3 tablespoons SupHerb Farms Fusions® Sun-Dried Tomato Basil
  • 2 dashes Hot sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup Lemon juice — freshly squeezed
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 cup Olive oil



  1. Whip egg yolks with salt and pepper until just combined.
  2. Add egg yolk mixture and all remaining dressing ingredients, except olive oil, to a food processor.
  3. Drizzle olive oil into the food processor while blending, just enough to emulsify.
