Thai Simple Syrup Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Water
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 2 tablespoons SupHerb Farms Fresh Frozen Ginger Purée
- 2 tablespoons SupHerb Farms Fresh Frozen Lemon Grass
- 2 tablespoons SupHerb Farms Fresh Frozen Spearmint
Thai Ginger Lemon Grass Mojito Ingredients
- 2 ounces Thai simple syrup
- 2 ounces Light rum
- 4 ounces Club soda
- 16 cubes Ice
- 1/2 teaspoon Sugar — to rim glass

Preparation
Thai Simple Syrup Preparation
- Place all ingredients in a pot over medium heat. Stir until the sugar melts.
- Remove from heat, cover and steep for 30 minutes
- Strain to remove leaves then refrigerate for 1 hour.
Thai Ginger Lemon Grass Mojito Preparation
- Place Thai simple syrup, rum, club soda and ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Shake well.
- Rim a martini glass with sugar.
- Pour into the martini glass and serve.
