Thai Green Curry and Spinach Dip

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Sour cream
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese — freshly grated
- 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese — diced
- 3 tablespoons SupHerb Farms Fusions® Thai Green Curry
- 1/2 cup SupHerb Farms Fusions® Asian Mirepoix
- 10 ounces Frozen spinach — thawed and juices squeezed out

Preparation
- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- Mix all ingredients together well.
- Place in a greased casserole pan.
- Bake for 20 – 25 minutes.
Place in a dip bowl and serve with pita chips.
