Tomatillo and Avocado Salsa
Ingredients
- 5 cups Tomatillo — diced
- 3 cups Avocado — diced
- 2 cups SupHerb Farms Fusions® Salsa Blend
- 3 tablespoons SupHerb Farms Fresh Frozen Ginger Purée
- 1/2 cup Olive oil
- 1/4 cup Lime juice
- 1/4 cup Champagne vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon Cumin
- to taste Salt and pepper

Preparation
- Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl and blend well.
- Place salsa in refrigerator and marry the salsa for at least 30 minutes.
Serve over chicken, fish or with tortilla chips.
