Tomatillo and Avocado Salsa

Ingredients

  • 5 cups Tomatillo — diced
  • 3 cups Avocado — diced
  • 2 cups SupHerb Farms Fusions® Salsa Blend
  • 3 tablespoons SupHerb Farms Fresh Frozen Ginger Purée
  • 1/2 cup Olive oil
  • 1/4 cup Lime juice
  • 1/4 cup Champagne vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl and blend well.
  2. Place salsa in refrigerator and marry the salsa for at least 30 minutes.

Serve over chicken, fish or with tortilla chips.
