Tuscan Pork Sausage

Ingredients
- 1 pound Lean ground pork
- 3 tablespoons SupHerb Farms Fresh Frozen Tomato Roasted Diced with Oil
- 2 1/3 tablespoons SupHerb Farms Fresh Frozen Garlic Minced
- 2 1/3 tablespoons SupHerb Farms Fresh Frozen Bell Pepper Red Roasted Diced 1/4″
- 1 1/2 tablespoons SupHerb Farms Fresh Frozen Basil Large
- 2 tablespoons SupHerb Farms Fresh Frozen Parsley Large
- 1 teaspoon SupHerb Farms Fresh Frozen Rosemary Large
- 5 tablespoons Gorgonzola cheese — crumbled
- 1 teaspoon White truffle oil
- 1/4 cup Ice — crushed
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper — crushed

Preparation
- Add all ingredients except casing to a large bowl and blend well.
- Fill casing with sausage mixture.
- Add liquid (water, wine, or chicken stock) to a large pot. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and add sausage to liquid. Simmer sausages for 20 minutes to poach.
- Remove sausages and sauté in a large skillet on high heat for 5 to 6 minutes or grill for 3 minutes.
- Turn sausages frequently to cook evenly.
