Tabbouleh Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Bulgur Wheat
  • 1 cup Water
  • 8 ounces SupHerb Farms Fusions® Tabbouleh Starter
  • 3 tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 3 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt

Preparation

  1. Set water in pot with bulgur wheat and bring to a boil.
  2. Drain the bulgur wheat well and remove any excess water.
  3. In a large bowl add the prepared bulgur wheat and mix in SupHerb Farms Fusions® Tabbouleh Starter, salt, lemon juice and olive oil.
  4. Toss all ingredients together and chill for about 30 minutes.
