  • 2 Avocados — pitted and peeled

  • 4 slices Whole wheat bread — toasted
  • 8 Tomato slices
  • 4 Eggs — fried
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons SupHerb Farms Fresh Frozen Chive



  1. Mash avocado with SupHerb Farms Fusions® Guacamole Starter.
  2. Spread 1/3 cup mixture evenly over each slice of toast.
  3. Top each slice of toast with 2 tomato slices, 1 fried egg, salt, pepper and chives.

Serve immediately with hot sauce, if desired, and a slice of lime.
