Mojo Cubano

Seared pork tenderloin slices are tossed in Cuban-inspired Citrus Garlic Herb (Mojo) to become the hero of this modern take on a classic sandwich. Seasoned pork is topped with sliced ham, melty Swiss cheese, diced dill pickles and Jalapeños. A spicy Dijon mustard and a fresh dill aioli is added to the crown and heel of the crusty baguette. This loaded sandwich is then pressed on a flat-top or panini grill until golden brown and served with house-made dill potato chips.
