Our Commitment To You
Our Commitment To You
Consistent Quality from Our
Fields to Your Final Destination
At SupHerb Farms, we prioritize quality at every stage. We start by partnering with experienced, world-class growers to ensure the highest quality agriculture. In California, our proprietary herbs are harvested with custom, cutting-edge equipment and transported to our Turlock, CA production facility—located within hours of our fields in the San Joaquin Valley—to preserve peak freshness.
For our specialty vegetables, we source only from trusted, meticulously evaluated global suppliers who must continuously meet our demanding quality standards—with every lot undergoing extensive lab testing before acceptance.
This commitment to quality extends to logistics and warehousing, where vetted third-party partners maintain optimal temperatures to ensure our IQF products remain fresh, free-flowing and visually appealing when they arrive at your final destination.
Where Fresh Flavor Meets
Manufacturing Demands
Looking for the flavor and color of fresh herbs and specialty vegetables without the short shelf-life, handling inefficiencies, and food safety risks? SupHerb’s individually quick-frozen (IQF) flavor and color is as close to fresh as feasibly possible.
Unlike many suppliers who have designed their agricultural programs to prioritize volume and crop yield, SupHerb Farms’ agricultural efforts are focused on growing exceptionally flavorful herbs and specialty vegetables.
Our unique harvest and flash-freezing processes are expertly engineered to produce clean, free-flowing product high in volatile flavor oils, ensuring aromatic and vibrant ingredients that are food safe, easy to handle and packed with farm fresh flavor.
360-Degree Food Safety Program
All of SupHerb Farms IQF herbs and specialty vegetables are Ready-To-Eat (RTE) and undergo multiple testing checkpoints throughout the supply chain. For our California-grown herbs, we conduct product sampling at the field, upon receipt, throughout IQF production, and again through a final finished goods testing protocol before release.
For the specialty vegetables we source globally, SupHerb requires GFSI certification as well as on-site food safety audits performed by our food safety & quality assurance team. We oversee extensive raw material testing with certified labs to verify compliance with pesticide, heavy metal, and microbiological standards. Before product leaves our California facility, we perform a thorough final product quality assessment to ensure all specification requirements are met before reaching our customers.
