Chicken Pad Thai Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds Pizza dough
  • 1/2 cup SupHerb Farms Fusions® Thai Pesto
  • 1 1/2 cups Mozzarella cheese — shredded
  • 1 cup Chicken — cooked and chopped
  • 1/2 cup SupHerb Farms Fresh Frozen Bell Pepper Red Roasted Diced 1/4″
  • 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Creamy peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon Hoisin sauce
  • 1 teaspoon SupHerb Farms Fusions® Thai Basil
  • 1/2 cup Bean sprouts
  • 1/2 cup Matchstick carrots
  • 2 Green onions — thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup Fresh cilantro leaves
  • 1/4 cup Roasted peanuts — chopped

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Stretch pizza dough to fit onto half baking sheet. Spread SupHerb Farms Fusions® Thai Pesto over dough, leaving 1/2″ border. Sprinkle cheese over pesto. Top with chicken and SupHerb Farms Fresh Frozen Red Bell Pepper. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes or until crust is golden brown on bottom and cheese is melted.
  2. Meanwhile, stir together mayonnaise, peanut butter, lime juice, hoisin and SupHerb Farms Fusions® Thai Basil. Scatter bean sprouts and carrots over pizza. Drizzle sauce over the top.
  3. Garnish with green onions, cilantro and peanuts. Cut into slices.
