Ingredients

Roasted Cauliflower
  • 16 ounces Cauliflower — florets
  • 4 ounces SupHerb Farms Fusions® Thai Pesto
  • 1 ounce SupHerb Farms Fresh Frozen Garlic Roasted Whole Clove — rough chop
Aji Coulis
  • 8 ounces SupHerb Farms Fresh Frozen Aji Pepper Purée
Toppings
  • 1/4 cup SupHerb Farms Fresh Frozen Onion Green

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cauliflower florets and SupHerb Farms Fusions® Thai Pesto. Mix until all florets are coated.
  3. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until golden and/or tender to the bite.
Plating
  1. Place a dollop of SupHerb Farms Fresh Frozen Aji Pepper Purée on plate.
  2. Place marinated, roasted cauliflower over SupHerb Farms Fresh Frozen Aji Pepper Purée.
  3. Garnish with SupHerb Farms Fresh Frozen Green Onions.
